TRAVEL FEE
Mileage Policy Glam by Dian LLC
Glam by Dian LLC charges a mileage fee of $0.85 per mile (round trip) for all on-location services.
* Mileage is calculated from our business location to the client’s location and back.
* The total distance traveled (both ways) will be used to determine the final mileage fee.
* Mileage charges will be added to the final service total and must be paid in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
* Any tolls, parking fees, or travel-related expenses (if applicable) will be billed separately
MAKEUP ASSISTANT
An assistant is required when there is a wedding of more than 7 services in a reduced time, the assistant helps the makeup artist by applying eyelashes, lipstick, cleaning brushes, etc.$120.00
MORNING FEE
An early morning rate applies with a cost of $80 per hour before 8:00 am. This is a flat rate fee per artist.
TOUCH UPS
Stay for touch up $80 hourly.
Touch-up service starts as soon as regularly scheduled services are complete and continues for as long as the bride needs.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Traveling more than 100 miles one-way, may require the client to provide hotel accommodations for the make-up artist.
Please inquire for details on overnight travel.
BOOKING DETAILS
Bridal Booking Policies & Service Agreement
Thank you for choosing GlamByDian LLC. We are honored to be part of your special day. Please review the following policies carefully. By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges, understands, and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A 50% non-refundable retainer of the total service balance is required at the time of contract signing and submission to secure your wedding date. The retainer will be applied toward the remaining balance.
Payment instructions will be provided with your contract.
Your wedding date is not considered reserved or confirmed until both the signed contract and required retainer payment have been received and processed in full. Once completed, GlamByDian LLC will provide written booking confirmation.
The retainer is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is firm because your wedding date is reserved exclusively for you, preventing GlamByDian LLC from accepting other bookings for the same date.
Travel Fee Policy
Travel fees apply to all locations outside of Virginia Beach, VA.
Mileage is calculated at $0.85 per mile round trip from GlamByDian LLC’s location to the event venue.
Any changes to the venue location after booking may result in updated travel fees.
Parking & Additional Fees
The Client is responsible for any additional location-related expenses required on the wedding day, including but not limited to:
● Parking fees
● Valet fees
● Tolls
● Venue-required fees
Any additional charges must be paid by the Client.
Remaining Balance & Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the wedding date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
All scheduled services, travel fees, and additional expenses must be paid in full before the wedding date. Payments received after the final deadline may result in cancellation of services.
All payments are non-refundable once received.

Failure to complete payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of services and loss of the reserved appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change; however, each booking reserves dedicated time and availability exclusively for the Client.
● All retainers are non-refundable and forfeited upon cancellation.
● Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date require payment of 100% of the remaining balance.
● No refunds will be issued for cancellations, unused services, schedule changes, late arrivals, or early completion of services.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests are subject to GlamByDian LLC’s availability.
If the requested new date is unavailable, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Artist Availability
In the rare event that GlamByDian LLC is unable to provide services due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, a qualified replacement artist will be arranged whenever possible.
The Client will be notified promptly regarding any changes.
Returned Payments
Returned payments, including NSF or declined payments, will incur a $35 processing fee, plus any additional bank charges.
All outstanding balances must be paid in guaranteed funds before services are provided.
Allergies & Liability
The Client must disclose all known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or medical concerns prior to receiving services.
GlamByDian LLC is not responsible for reactions, sensitivities, or complications resulting from undisclosed conditions.
Photography & Social Media Release
GlamByDian LLC may request permission to use completed makeup and/or hairstyle images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
If the Client declines photo sharing, GlamByDian LLC will respect the Client’s privacy and will not share images.
If approved, images may be posted on GlamByDian LLC’s social media platforms, and participating vendors may be tagged when applicable.
Client Agreement
By signing this contract, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all GlamByDian LLC policies and terms outlined in this agreement.
